The house is an open plan house with a separate downstairs apartment, all in typical Caribbean style but with a quirky touch. Quietly located just 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from St Georges town centre, within easy reach of both the south and east coast beaches of the island.
The property was completed in 2011, built in a tranquil location on Fort Jeudy. It is right on the waterfront with the beach giving direct access to the bay for swimming and fishing. As you enter the house your view goes through the lounge and dining area out onto the patio and gazebo, the infinity edge pool and the sea beyond. The house consists of 4 bedrooms with open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge as well as a separate apartment with its own balcony situated directly at the waterfront. Every one of the rooms is beautifully furnished in Caribbean colours and tropical prints and pictures complete the décor as you will see from the photos below.
Accommodation is bright and airy with so that you can enjoy the views from every room. The lush garden with its own little riverbed down to the bay allows you to relax in private atmosphere. The boathouse holds kayaks, Hobie cats, dingies and a jet rib providing your very own water sports entertainment.

There are 4 air-conditioned, large bedrooms – a waterfront facing master bedroom with its own dressing area, outdoor shower and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. A pool facing double and twin bedroom that share a bathroom as well as a further very spacious double bedroom with its own en suite and balcony. All rooms have ceiling fans.
The main living area is split level, with a spacious and well equipped kitchen and kitchen island with seating a large dining area on the middle level, and a large living area on the lower level. Above all this is a vast, high ceiling with an unusual skylight feature. Fans and louvered windows keep the whole house very cool.
Outside, the gazebo offers a shaded lounge area, and is the perfect place to eat, drink and relax in the soft cushions with some music playing in the background. The infinity pool features some shallow water lounge areas and catches the eye with its vibrant red orange and gold waterfall.
